Welcome to Natural Wellness

Hi! I’m Kelli Taylor. I’m here because I believe my purpose in life is to help others gain the tools to heal their own bodies from the inside out.

I like to think of myself as the Home Depot for natural wellness. If you are ready to add natural wellness to your healing journey, I can provide you with all of the tools you need to do so. I created Yin Body Balance for thyroid, hormones, and fertility, as one of my first tools to help women take control of their own health and rebalance their body.

I believe wholeheartedly that true wellness starts from the inside out, and my entire life’s work has been collecting the tools to do so. I started meditating, doing and teaching yoga with my mom (a yoga teacher, before yoga was *in*) when I was little, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

In my twenties, when recovering from open heart surgery, I turned to holistic nutrition, acupuncture, and Yin yoga to help facilitate my healing. This opened the door into the world of Traditional Chinese Medicine and helping the body heal itself, rather than masking symptoms with medications and pills. I believe that Eastern and Western Medicine combined is our true path to wellness.

To find out about the different services I off such as Acupuncture, Hormone & Health Coaching, Craniosacral Therapy, Yin Yoga classes, workshops and teacher trainings, etc click here.

This fall 2023 I will be launching my first solo book called Yin Yoga: The Natural Way to Hormone Balance.

More about me

I graduated as an Acupuncturist in 2005 and as a Doctor of Chinese Medicine in 2007. I am an award-winning Acupuncturist, E-RYT-500 yoga teacher with a very special interest in Yin yoga for hormone balance, and an international best-selling author of the book ‘We are all healers.’ This book is a collaboration of various authors, and all proceeds go to charity.

I love to combine techniques from various approaches and modalities to help you address your health with a natural, connected approach. I am also trained in holistic and functional nutrition, Craniosacral therapy, NIS, NAET, meditation, and aromatherapy. I have spent many many extra hours over the past 20 + years learning about women’s health issues that include fertility, pregnancy, hormone balance, PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, perimenopause, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, and more.

I founded Elements Wellness Centre in Vancouver, BC, in 2007, which was awarded #1 Wellness Centre 10 years in a row, and I’m a 14-time winner of Vancouver’s top Acupuncturist. I’ve also created my own essential oil collection, Urban Body Organics.

I work in beautiful Vancouver, BC, and am blessed to call the Sunshine Coast my home, where I spend the rest of my time. This special place is where I get to rest and rejuvenate. I love to hike in the mountains with my Bernese mountain dog, Finn. We also love to spend time by the ocean, taking in the salty ocean breeze.
